Laurie was a very personable and smart individual. She encouraged my partner and I to ask questions, gave honest feedback on houses we toured, and put things into perspective that I never would have thought about in buying a home. Laurie followed up consistently, stayed in touch, and stayed committed to finding us the perfect house (which we did). Most importantly, she was a pillar of our success with closing paperwork, documents, and what all of the real estate Jargon is, staying on top of us to complete everything accurately and on time. Part of me wishes I was buying another house so I could interact with her again. I’ll be recommending Laurie to every single person that even thinks about buying / selling a house. 5 stars is too little to give. True 10 star Agent.

Laurie was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and always available to answer any questions along the way. Her turn around time for getting our house on the market, shown, and offers on the table was incredible. In hind sight, i wish we had stayed on the market a little longer since the house we were bidding for accepted another offer. But she was able to get our house sold at a price we agreed upon very quickly and assisted in getting us our dream home in a matter of a few weeks. I would recommend Laurie and would be happy to work with her again.

I first met Laurie Webster when she picked me up at the Ferry in Woods Hole to show me some Cape Cod listings. She was on time and professional handing me a folder of places she'd arranged for me to see with a big welcoming smile. I had a very good feeling and sensed her capability from the start. We spent the day looking at 9 or 10 listings and I was blown away by her knowledge of the area. I saw several very appealing condos and homes and we agreed to get together again to continue my search. We met again a few weeks later and zeroed in on one condo in particular in Mashpee. Would you believe I ended up making an offer?! The main reason I felt comfortable proceeding on this relatively fast track was because of Laurie Webster. Without her guidance, no pressure approach, helpfulness and support I don't think I'd be where I am today. Laurie paved the way and made each step in the purchase of my dream condo as easy as possible. Buying a new home can be an overwhelming experience but with Laurie's friendly, warm guidance she made it easy by making appointments and providing contacts and always being there when I needed her. We celebrated my closing with an epic lunch out! I could go on and on with the myriad of ways Laurie Webster made buying a new home smooth and effortless. I can't thank her enough. She's still there for me as I begin to settle in and need local service recommendations. It's because of Laurie I've been launched into the next chapter of my life! Laurie is not simply a regular real estate agent, but she is Superwoman ! She pulled off the seemingly impossible for us, which was to handle both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home on Cape Cod between March-June 2023. This was during a very active, but also extremely complex market. These coupled transactions had everything in them why you need a top-notch real estate agent: coupled contingencies, challenging home inspection reports, unreliable buyers, septic systems (Title V), three different real estate agencies, multi-round negotiations, fast staging, etc etc... As I write this review I am looking out at the peaceful pond and golf course at our new home and am still incredulous that it all worked out the way it did. There is nothing that will stop Laurie from helping her clients meet their goals. She is smart, dedicated, funny, patient, relentless and just a really good person. She probably drove to the listed property over 20 times for open houses, private showings, with paint samples, pillows etc. etc.. there is nothing to tedious or difficult for her. I cannot find the words to properly describe how incredibly awesome Laurie Webster really is as a real estate agent as well as a human being. The final comment is that when you hire a real estate agent you not only hire them, but also their professional network of bankers, lawyers, contractors, stagers etc... and Laurie Webster's network is absolutely first rate.

We’d tried working with a few different realtors before we met Laurie. Laurie is truly the best around. She was trustworthy, always prepared and incredibly thorough. She was invested in finding a home that fit our needs and an absolute pleasure to work with during a very stressful time. Laurie Webster is the best realtor on Cape Cod! My experience with her looking for then putting in offer in on a gorgeous condo in Mashpee was 100% positive. Laurie makes the whole process as smooth as silk handling all the logistics, answering all of my questions and being there right through closing celebrating every step of the way. Her helpfulness didn’t stop there as it was Laurie who helped me find good homeowner’s insurance a painter, a handyman and generally set me up and launched me into my new life on the Cape. I couldn’t have done it without her! She is such a kind person and a lot of fun! I love Laurie and you will too!
